Bread Omelette

Ingredients
Bread Slices--2
Egg--3
Salt to taste
Tomato Ketchup for serving
Oil--2 tsp
Turmeric powder--1/4 tsp
Red Chilly Powder--1/2 tsp
Chopped Onion --1/2
Chopped Green Chillies--1-2

Method
Make a mixture of turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt in a bowl by adding a little water. Break eggs and pour to the mixture. Beat the mixture properly. Now add chopped onion and green chillies to it. Mix well and keep aside. Now toast the bread slices to golden brown in a pan and keep aside. Heat oil in the same pan. Pour the half egg mixture to the pan and spread it out to prepare omelette. Now place the toast over the omelette. Pour the remaining half of the egg mixture over the toast and spread well. After 2-3 minutes once the egg is cooked. Flip the omelette carefully and cook on other side too. Serve bread omelette with tomato ketchup.
