Mint Mango Chutney

Ingredients
Mint leaves – 1 cup
Raw Mango – 2
Medium Sized Onion – 1 (sliced)
Green Chillies – 4
Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Sugar –1/4 tsp
Salt to taste

Method
Peel mango, remove stones and roughly chop the mango flesh. Wash and chop the mint leaves and green chillies. Combine all the ingredients except salt and grind to make a fine chutney. Add little water if required. Add salt and mix well. Serve as an accompaniment with dal chawal or roti and sabzi.
