Milk – 2 cups

For Sugar Syrup
Sugar -- 1 cup

Heat ghee in a pan and fry the bread slices on medium heat till the bread turns golden brown. Fry the bread from both the sides till golden brown. Drain out the excess ghee. Keep aside and let toast cool down.

Dip the toasts in the prepared sugar syrup. Remove them into a bowl. Sprinkle rabri and chopped pistachios in the bowl. Toss Shahi Tukra in the bowl. Arrange tukda in a serving dish and serve.
