Kacche Aam ki Sabji recipe | Raw Mango Curry recipe | How to make Kachhe Aam ki Sabji?
Ingredients
Raw
mangoes – 3 - 4 (medium sized)
Fenugreek
seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red
Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric
powder – 1/4 tsp
Sugar
– 2 - 3 tbsp
Oil
– 1 tbsp
Salt
to taste
Method
Wash,
peel and cut raw mangoes into small pieces. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add
fenugreek seeds and let them crackle. Add mango pieces, turmeric powder, red
chilli powder and sugar. Mix well and stir for 2 minutes.
Add 2 cup of water
and bring to boil. Cover the pressure cooker and cook for one whistle. Turn off
the heat and allow the steam to escape before opening the lid. If required add
more water and cook again for 3-4 minutes. Allow to cool and serve.
