Kaddu ki Sabji recipe | Pumpkin Vegetable recipe | How to make Kaddu ki sabji?
Ingredients
Kaddu
– 750 gms
Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
Cumin
seeds – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric
powder – 1/2 tsp
Red
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Amchur
powder – 2 tsp
Sugar
– 1 tsp
Oil
– 2 tsp
Coriander
leaves for garnishing
Salt
to taste
Method
Wash
the pumpkin. Cut it into 2 cms pieces without peeling it. Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds and fry for a minute on low heat. Add
pumpkin, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder. Add sugar and mix well. Lower
the heat and cook it covered with a lid. Stir it 2-3 times in between until
cooked. Add amchur powder and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Your kaddu ki sabji
is ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti.
