soya granules in water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and squeeze excess water out. Heat
oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add onions and
saute till they become light brown in colour. Add tomatoes and cook
them for 2-3 minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt
and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add green peas and soya granules. Mix well
and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Your soya bhurji is ready. Garnish
with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with paratha or roti.
