Grilled Aloo Sandwich recipe | Grilled Potato Sandwich | How to make Grilled Potato Sandwich?
Ingredients
Bread
Slices – 4
Boiled
Potato – 1
Black
pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Green
Chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Mango
powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt
to taste
Ghee
– 1 tsp
Sandwich
spread – 4 tsp
Method
Mix
boiled potato, black pepper powder, mango powder, green chilly and salt in a
bowl. Spread sandwich spread on all bread slices from one side. Now spread the
potato mixer evenly on two bread slices. Put the other two slices of bread over
the potato mixer with spread side facing down. Press lightly. Place the
sandwich on the grill and grill them till the bread slices are golden brown in
colour and have the grill marks. Potato sandwich are ready. Cut and serve hot.
Aloo (Potato)
Potatoes are
very low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. It is also a good source of
Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Potassium and Manganese.
