Ingredients
Wheat Flour
(Atta)--1/2 cup
Eggs------------------3
Oil---------------2
tbsp
Chopped Green
Chillies------2 (Optional)
Salt to taste
Method
Sieve the floor, add
few drops of oil and little salt to it. Add water and knead it to
make a soft dough. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Divide the dough
into two parts. Roll one part of dough using
dry flour. Now spread little oil over it and fold it in a semi circle
shape. Spread little oil again and fold it along the length. Now roll
it in a triangle shape. Heat a tawa until hot. Place the paratha and
cook till golden spots appear on both the sides using little oil.
Make the second paratha in the same way.
Break egg in a bowl,
add salt and chopped green chillies. Beat it well. Now place the
paratha on hot tawa with a little oil on tawa. Pour the egg mixture
over the paratha and cover the paratha completely. Cook it for 1-2
minutes. Now flip the paratha carefully and cook on the other side
till golden brown. Serve egg paratha with pickle or chutney.
