Besan Toast

Ingredients
Bread Slices—4
Besan—3/4 cup
Chopped Onion--1
Chopped green Chillies—1 or 2
Chopped Coriander Leaves—1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil as required

Method
Mix besan, onions, green chillies, coriander leaves and salt in a bowl. Add water and mix well to get a medium consistency batter with no lumps at all. Heat a non stick tawa and grease it well with oil. Dip a bread slice in batter from both sides. Place the bread slice on hot tawa and toast from both sides until golden brown in colour. Remove the toast from tawa and cut it into half (triangular or rectangular pieces). Repeat the same with other bread slices. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
