Mint Mango chutney recipe is very famous recipe in North India. It is
also called Aam Pudine ki chutney. It is very simple and easy to prepare. Raw Mango
Mint chutney is very good during summer. It will definitely refresh your taste
buds in summer.
Aam Pudina Chutney is the perfect combination of “Kachcha Aam” with
aromatic Pudina leaves. It is prepared by grinding all the ingredients like mint
leaves, unripe mangoes, onions with some spices like cumin seeds and salt. You
can keep this in your refrigerator for up to a week if covered.
This goes well as an accompaniment with dal chawal or roti and
sabzi. It can be used as a spread for sandwiches and as a dip for chips. You
can also serve it with fried Indian snacks like Pakora, Samosa, etc.

Ingredients
Mint
leaves (Pudina leaves) – 1 cup
Raw mango
(Kachchi Kairi) – 2 (Medium Sized)
Onion
– 1 (Medium sized)
Green
chilies – 4
Cumin
seeds – 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar
–1/4 teaspoon
Salt
to taste
Method
Peel
mango, remove stones and roughly chop the flesh so that it is easy to grind.
Wash and chop the mint leaves and green chilies.
Peel the onion and chop roughly.
Put
the chopped pieces of mango and mint leaves in a grinder. Add all the remaining
ingredients except salt. Grind all the ingredients together to make fine and
smooth chutney. Add little water if required. Add salt and mix well. Taste and
adjust the sugar and salt.
The chutney
is ready to eat. Serve it as an accompaniment with
dal chawal or roti and sabzi. It can be
