Bread omelette recipe is a simple recipe and one of the quickest breakfast recipes. It is prepared with egg omelette mixture and bread slices.  You can easily find this bread omelette dish at railway stations and small road side food stalls. Most of the bachelors love this bread omelette dish. Bread omelette tastes great when eaten with tomato ketchup. Adults and children equally enjoy this dish.

Ingredients

Bread Slices--2
Egg--3
Salt to taste
Tomato Ketchup for serving
Oil--2 tsp
Red Chilly Powder--1/2 tsp
Chopped Onion --1/2
Chopped Green Chillies --1-2

Method

Make a mixture of red chilly powder and salt in a bowl by adding a little water. Break eggs and pour into the mixture. Beat the mixture properly. Now add chopped onion and green chillies to it. Mix well and keep aside. Now toast the bread slices to golden brown in a pan and keep aside. Heat oil in the same pan. Pour the half egg mixture into the pan and spread it out to prepare an omelette. Now place the toast over the omelette. Pour the remaining half of the egg mixture over the toast and spread well. After 2-3 minutes once the egg is cooked. Flip the omelette carefully and cook on another side too. Serve bread omelette with tomato ketchup.
